THE COMPANY

In Latin America, customer service usually means you need to go in person to the company, or follow really slow online processes with chatbots or even sending emails that will not be answered in weeks. Here comes 2020, and with it the pandemic that gave the world no other option but to change, a lot, in a very short time and the customer service ecosystem was not the exception. Videolink founders are looking to minimise the friction that this type of interactions have, by creating an omnichannel customer service platform, which has a portal for agents who will attend requests and video calls from different channels: Digital totems, websites, mobile apps, and social media, turning the complete experience into an effortless remote interaction between people and all types of businesses across the continent.

THE PROJECT

The scope of the project included a dynamic and bold visual identity, and a website that was designed and built on Webflow.

THE SOLUTION

Being the pioneers in this type of tech product in Latin America, Videolink needed a visual identity that made them stand out even more in a very competitive market. This was achieved with a very minimalistic but powerful approach to the logotype, reinforcing the value and respect they have for coding and video. The visual system takes on the diagonals of letters D and K from the logo as main characters, demonstrating the aesthetics, dynamism and adaptability of the company.
